What is the difference between your liquid sunshine concentrate and spray and wipe?

Spray and wipe is diluted. We use special water. If you have a lot of minerals in your water use distilled for dilution.

If its just that the spray and wipe is diluted, why isn’t water listed as an ingredient?

It is in a strange way. Saponified means, “interacting oils with water and alkali to make soap”. So water is in the ingredients listing.
