7 Reasons to Switch to Organic Deodorant

  1. No yucky chemicals.
You won’t find any aluminum, propylene glycol, triclosan, or parabens in our deodorants EVER!

  2. You can pronounce all the ingredients.
All of our deodorants include organic coconut oil, organic cornstarch, organic beeswax, and organic rosemary extract (along with specially chosen essential oils which we’ll get into in a moment). There’s absolutely nothing scary about what we make our deodorants with – unless your scared of bees, that is!
  3. Our deodorant actually helps prevent odor, not just mask it.
We specifically formulated our three different scents of deodorant with a purpose: to prevent odor and smell nice. The organic essential oils we use all have naturally occurring antibacterial properties that stop odor before it can begin!
  4. Non-GMO and certified USDA organic.
There are VERY few deodorants out there that are USDA certified organic, but ours is one of them! There are no GMOs, artificial fragrances or synthetic ingredients in our product.
  5. Not an antiperspirant – you need to sweat!
Antiperspirants use chemicals, namely aluminum, to stop your body from sweating. Your body needs to sweat or else you’d have to pant like a dog in order to cool down. (It also may be linked to causing breast cancer!)
  6. It’s Gluten Free.
It may seem silly to point this out because you’re obviously not going to take a bite out of your deodorant, but think about how easily it could accidentally make it into your mouth. You touch your mouth and face hundreds of times a day. This is especially important if you’ve been diagnosed with Celiac disease. It’s better to not take the chance and simply use products that you can feel safe using.
  7. It’s easy to do!
All you have to do is choose your favorite organic Vermont Soap deodorant and ditch your old stick. Click here to read more about switching to an organic deodorant.
