Business Policy
We require a $100 minimum on all wholesale orders. Vermont Soap Organics stands by its work. All our products are 100% guaranteed to be of the highest quality and naturalness possible. Return any product in saleable condition within 90 days for credit or refund.
We give net 15 terms for stores and net 30 terms to chain stores, distributors and the larger Private Label clients unpon receipt of 4 good business references.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover/Novus or COD
Shipping
We Offer Factory Direct Pricing and Factory Direct Service.
We normally ship UPS Ground here in the lower 48, but we can ship USPS, FedEx, or DHL if required.
Most wholesale orders ship within 3-4 business days. Custom or especially large orders may take 6-8 weeks before they are ready
to ship, to allow for the 4 week curing time of our bar soaps.
Expedited Hot Rush Shipping:
Hot Rush designated orders go to the top of the order pile, and are guaranteed same day shipment. The fee for this service is $25. It is not always possible to honor a Hot Rush. Here are the criteria:
- We receive the order before 12 Noon, and shipping is not closing early that day.
- We have everything in stock. The item must be sitting on the shelf ready to go. We cannot guarantee same day shipment for items that must be made up, (e.g. sudzy putty, custom crate displays or special filling requests).
- The customer does not have an open invoice, and has been paying their invoices in a timely manner.Vermont Soap never ships on an open invoice.
